Shabra have developed a unique system whereby every kilo of waste entering through the front gate is weighed on our collaborated weighbridge and logged with information including, source, carrier, vehicle registration, description, waste type, driver signature and weighbridge operative signature. This information is then logged by administration onto a goods inward spreadsheet for monthly report to Repak, annual reports to all relevant County Councils and the EPA. Following the reprocessing of the waste materials, Shabra repeat the documentation system for all goods outwards again down to the very last kilo. Shabra also have a strict procedure for issuing recycling certs to waste producers. Repak, the EPA, local authorities and large corporate customers, have all commended Shabra on their clear, concise auditable documentation and traceability.
